The present invention relates to an emergency repairing cement mortar composition rapidly hardened at room temperature which comprises: 5-85 wt% of a rapidly hardening binder; 10-85 wt% of a fine aggregate; and 5-35 wt% of water, thereby improving workability and constructability.
