The present invention provides a PC-SF method to reduce a construction period, capable of promoting improvement of quality and reliability. According to the present invention, the PC-SF method comprises: a reference floor design step of designing a reference floor with a core, a rahmen structure, both side retaining walls, and front and rear curtain walls in a high rise building; and a reference floor construction step of constructing the rahmen structure and stairs in the core with a PC column, a PC or steel beam, a hollow core slab (HSC), and PC stairs while constructing a core retaining wall and both the side retaining walls with auto-climbing form. The PC column is constructed by a PC column having an upwardly protruding connection steel material. The PC or steel beam is constructed by mounting a PC or steel beam having a connection rod protruding to an end part on the PC column, and allowing the connection rod to penetrate and fix the connection steel material of the PC rod. At least a part of the connection steel material, the connection rod, the auto-climbing form, and the HSC is coated through a coating device.
