Fast-up Method for Construction Duration Reduction of High-rise Buildings with Transfer Floor

The present invention provides a construction method to reduce a construction period of a high rise building, which comprises: a first step of constructing a core and a column at a transition floor or higher; a second step of constructing the transition floor at a position of the transition floor; and a third step of simultaneously advancing a frame construction of a lower floor under the transition floor and a frame construction of a higher floor over the transition floor. According to the present invention, in the second step, a transition beam interconnecting the columns is constructed and a temporary support frame connecting and supporting an interval between the columns under the translation floor is installed. Moreover, a core, the column, and the temporary support frame are coated through a coating device. Accordingly, the lower and higher floor constructions are simultaneously performed after construction of the translation floor in construction of a high rise building, and various kinds of members required for the construction have high quality, thereby being able to increase construction quality.
