The present invention relates to an evaporative cooler module and an air conditioning system using the evaporative cooler module. In the evaporative cooler module, a side surface frame having a guide rail is installed, and a water pipe and a drainage tank which are fixated through a tightening piece fixated to the guide rail are individually connected to upper and lower portions of the side surface frame to be installed so as to maintain a grid shape. Moreover, a heat transmission unit is filled through mesh at an internal side of the side surface frame, and the drainage tank and the water pipe are installed to be connected to each other for recirculation to be possible.
