The present invention relates to a concrete artificial rock molding using carbon fiber and high sulfate cement and a method for constructing the same. A mortar composition for an artificial rock molding according to the present invention has excellent resistance to deterioration factors such as sulfate and chloride by using high sulfate cement and minimizes deterioration factors of mortar penetrated from the outside to obtain durability of an efficient and long-term structure.
