The present invention relates to an underground continuous wall routing waterproofing method including (S1) a step of constructing a guide wall (10) on both sides along an upper periphery where an outer wall is to be positioned; a first drilling step (S2) of drilling between the guide walls (10) to dispose a drilled region and a non-drilled region in a row; (S3) a step of injecting a reinforcing net (30) in which a grouting pipe is integrally assembled into a first receiving groove (40) secured by the first drilling step; (S4) a step of fixing a boundary film to the first receiving groove (40); (S5) a step of constructing a first concrete panel (60) by placing concrete in each first receiving groove (40) into which the reinforcing net (30) is inserted; a second drilling step (S6) of drilling the undrilled region positioned between the first concrete panels (60) and drilling a second receiving groove (40a) so as to communicate with the first concrete panel (60); (S7) a step of injecting the reinforcing net (30) in which the grouting pipe is integrally assembled into each second receiving groove (40a) secured by the second drilling step; (S8) a step of installing a second concrete panel (70) so as to be integrally connected with the first concrete panels (60) previously laid by placing concrete in the second receiving groove (40a); an earth mount digging step (S9) of forming an underground building space by digging the earth inside the built underground continuous wall; (S10) a step of performing leak inspection on an underground continuous wall (100) built in the secured underground space; and a grouting step (S11) of supplying grout to the grouting pipe (20) and blocking water leakage when water leakage occurs at a connecting part (80).
