Provided is a joining method of a vibration control damper mounting frame assembly for mounting a vibration control damper to an existing building in order to reinforce seismic performance of an apartment building. The joining method of a vibration control damper mounting frame assembly includes the steps of: chipping an existing concrete surface to form a chipped surface; boring a plurality of openings in the chipped surface; injecting polyurethane adhesive into the openings; inserting anchor bolts having guide holes into the openings and fixing parts of the anchor bolts to the chipped surface; locating a plate shaped buffer member on the chipped surface; connecting the anchor bolts with each other using a wire rope; mounting a base plate so that the buffer member is interposed; pressing the buffer member to the base plate to fix the base plate; injecting an epoxy member through an inflow hole formed in the base plate and drying the epoxy member while changing temperature; mounting a damper frame having a plurality of openings; charging and curing filler between the base plate and the damper frame; and removing a mold and performing coating and plastering to finish.
