The present invention relates to a single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) primer set for discriminating Oryza sativa varieties and origins, showing polymorphism for 410 varieties of domestic and foreign Oryza sativa varieties; a kit comprising the same; and a discriminating method by using allele-specific polymerase chain reaction (AS-PCR). The discriminating method of the present invention can effectively discriminate the varieties and origins of various types of domestic and foreign Oryza sativa, which cannot be distinguished by conventional methods, with high detection specificity and accuracy, thereby capable of being utilized not only for grain management and origin management but also for preservation and improvement of excellent genetic resources of domestic Oryza sativa.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
