The present invention relates to a device to install a streetlight head, which prevents arbitrary rotation of the streetlight head. According to the present invention, the device to install a streetlight head fixes a circular sectional streetlight arm extended from the upper part of a streetlight post to an insertion part (11) having a bolt hole (14) of the streetlight heat. The device comprises: a pressing piece (30) formed in a sectional arc shape to press a circumferential surface of one side of the streetlight arm (20) and having a pressing bolt hole (35) formed on a middle part to be aligned to a bolt hole (12) of the insertion part (11) of the streetlight head (10); a fixing bolt (40) screw-coupled to a bolt hole of the streetlight head (10) and the pressing bolt hole (35) of the pressing piece (30), and having a locking step (41) formed on a circumferential surface to be locked to the outer circumferential part of the pressing bolt hole (35) of the pressing piece (30); and an anti-slip pad (50) disposed between the inner surface of the pressing piece (30) and the circumferential surface of the streetlight arm (20) to be pressed by the pressing piece (30) as the fixing bolt (40) is fastened, so as to be closely attached to the circumferential surface of the streetlight arm (20).
