According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a system for estimating habitat suitability. The system comprises: a data collection unit obtaining soil sample data, checking dominant species and density in soil, and analyzing environment variables; a factor selection unit selecting significant environmental factors with bioindicator; a membership function creating unit creating a membership function based on the selected environmental variables and the density of the selected bioindicator; a Fuzzy inference unit generating a Fuzzy rule of a Fuzzy rule-based model, applying a Fuzzy modifier, and estimating a Fuzzy parameter; and a model verification unit comparing result data of the developed Fuzzy rule-based model with actual result data and verifying predictive power of the established model.
