The present invention relates to a cycling apparatus with an action dial having an anti-theft feature. According to the present invention, the cycling apparatus with the action dial having the anti-theft feature has an advantage on keeping wait state for a long time as highly reducing a manufacturing cost and a design cost in comparison with a way of receiving location data by directly communicating with GPS satellites by judging whether the cycling apparatus is stolen or not based on movement data and wireless link state with mobile equipment.
