The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence learning-based ready-mixed concrete production system which predicts a slump and slump flow of a shipped ready-mixed concrete product in real time and automatically measures quality of aggregate which is stocked as a raw material of ready-mixed concrete, recycling water concentration, percentage of water content in the aggregate or the like by analyzing, via an algorithm of artificial intelligence, image data which is outputted from a camera which films the inside of a mixer of a batch plant in a ready-mixed concrete producing step. Specifically, provided is a ready-mixed concrete production system which comprises: a mixer which manufactures concrete by mixing measured aggregate, a binding material and mixing water; a camera which continuously films the inside of the mixer when the mixer operates; and a flow characteristic monitoring unit which predicts and shows a slump and slump flow of a finally shipped ready-mixed concrete in real time by analyzing an image which is filmed by the camera with artificial intelligence which performs deep learning with respect to data on the analyzed image of the inside of a mixer just before discharging ready-mixed concrete and correlation big data of a testing value of the slump and the slump flow right after discharging ready-mixed concrete.
