The present invention relates to a power plant electricity design quantity management system and a method thereof, in which cable routing for supplying power even to loads scattered in each region of a power plant is made, and then routing consistency and overfill of a cable raceway are checked. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the power plant electricity design quantity management system comprises: a user interface (UI) unit inputting or selecting data according to an electricity design, and displaying the result on a screen; an electrical load management unit storing an electrical load as a list, checking the matching of load data written on an electrical load list, and managing a history of the load; a power system design unit designing a power system by converting the electrical load list into a feeder list, and setting a circuit breaker for each load; a cable design unit calculating a power cable size according to a cable sizing factor for the cable, and calculating a route length of the cable; and a cable arrangement unit performing a routing check of the cable, an overfill check, and a drum schedule setting.
