The present invention relates to an intelligent energy demand prediction system for eco-friendly zero energy to predict energy demand by predicting energy demand on microclimate for efficiently supplying energy when designing a novel city or planned city and setting up urban planning information including information on facilities consuming energy when designing a planned city in an existing city. Accordingly, the intelligent energy demand prediction system of the present invention has an effect of efficiently planning installation costs required for energy supply design and minimizing design costs as energy demand is predicted when designing a novel city or planned city.
