The present invention provides a calculation method for calculating a stiffness coefficient (k) of a bridge using dynamic vibration experiment data and a program thereof. The method of calculating the stiffness coefficient of the bridge using a finite element model includes: (a) receiving information of the bridge of dynamic vibration experiment in a simulator for a finite element model; (b) calculating a relative girder displacement (RGD) by converting a drooping displacement of the bridge to a ratio; and (c) calculating the stiffness coefficient (k) of the bridge from an error function of the bridge using the RGD as a variable by considering a drooping shape of the bridge of the calculated RGD in (b).
