The present invention relates to a photodetector including an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite layer containing at least one plasmonic nanostructure, wherein the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite layer includes an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite compound represented by chemical formula 1 which is AMX_3. In the chemical formula 1, A includes one or more types of organic cations; M is a bivalent metal cation selected from the group consisting of Pb^(2+), Ge^(2+), Sn^(2+), Cu^(2+), Ni^(2+), Co^(2+), Fe^(2+), Mn^(2+), Cr^(2+), Pd^(2+), Cd^(2+), Yb^(2+), and a combination thereof; and X is a halogen anion.
