The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing chlorine disinfection water, comprising: a brine supply unit for supplying diluted brine by mixing the incoming water with the same at a predetermined ratio in a pipeline to which saturated brine is supplied; a subchloride generating unit for generating sodium hypochlorite through an electrolysis process by receiving the diluted brine; and a subchloride diluting unit for generating chlorine disinfection water by receiving sodium hypochlorite and mixing the same with the incoming water at a desired ratio. The brine supply unit forms a dissolution tank, and has a saturated salt collecting unit and a diluting water supply unit in one side space partitioned from the dissolution tank. The saturated salt collecting unit is formed in a lower part to be connected to the bottom of the dissolution tank, and the diluting water supply unit is formed to be isolated and partitioned on the saturated salt collecting unit.
