The present invention relates to an apparatus of generating a chlorine antiseptic solution, comprising: a salt water supply unit for generating diluted salt water by mixing incoming water in a pipe line to which saturated salt water is supplied in a predetermined ratio; a sodium hypochlorite generation unit for generating sodium hypochlorite by receiving the diluted salt water and completing an electrolysis process, and generating a chlorine antiseptic solution by mixing incoming water and the sodium hypochlorite in a desired ratio; and a control unit for controlling the salt water supply unit and the sodium hypochlorite generation unit, wherein the salt water supply unit, the sodium hypochlorite generation unit and the control unit are arranged in one main body case. The salt water supply unit has a melting tank formed therein and includes a saturated salt collection unit and a diluted water supply unit in a space at one side isolated and divided from the melting tank, wherein the saturated salt collection unit is formed on a lower part to be connected to a bottom part of the melting tank, and the diluted water supply unit is formed on an upper part of the saturated salt collection unit to be isolated and divided from the saturated salt collection unit.
