The credit finance company system (100) collects information on process completion or the existence of third party information providing consent agreed upon by a complainant to provide the third party with relevant information related to a service including an automobile registration service and a contract between the complainant and the credit financial company written in connection with car loan or loan, and completion information or information on authentication or nonrepudiation processes executed in association with the information on process completion or the existence of third party information providing consent, and generates and manages the collected information as nonrepudiation identification information for the automobile registration application. Thus, complaints caused by an authentication process can be removed.
