The present invention relates to a method and a system for providing a treatment preestimate result, which provides a treatment prognosis fit to a condition that a user requires with respect to various types of cancers and therapy methods by a data mining technique to enable a user to figure out the most appropriate therapy method. The method comprises the steps of: building a semantic database dictionary through collection and data mining of treatment-related literature or case information; in the case that at least one of a part to be treated, a therapy method, types of side effects, and patient condition information is inputted as input information, forming a treatment predictive model based on the input information and the semantic database dictionary; and providing result information corresponding to the input information based on the treatment predictive model.
