Provided is a method of providing an artificial intelligent elderly care service for performing shopping, healthcare, companions and games which comprises the steps of: extracting a list of articles and information on a user terminal when a word designating an article is inputted from the user terminal through voice recognition; providing the list of articles, an address, and information on the user terminal to a store terminal of an offline store which can perform delivery to an address of a predetermined shopping mall server or a user terminal based on the extracted information on the user terminal; requesting payment from the store terminal or the shopping mall server through authentication data and a payment means collected through an authentication interface and voice recognition of the user terminal by selecting at least one authentication method and at least on payment means previously registered in the user terminal; and when the payment is completed in response to the payment request, transmitting information on order completion by a voice to the user terminal. According to the present invention, the loneliness of the elderly living alone can be reduced.
