The present invention relates to an unmanned rocket aiming device for correcting a sighting error of a shooter and a method thereof, and the unmanned rocket aiming device for correcting the sighting error of the shooter, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a direction processing part for acquiring and providing an angle of direction of a moving target through target aiming of the shooter; an area limiting part for limiting a part of the image to a data processing area for target tracking centered on an aiming point in the image; a target tracking part for tracking a target within the data processing area to determine a position of the target; and a direction angle error correction part for correcting the direction angle error by calculating an error due to mismatch between the position of the target and the aiming point of the image and matching them with each other.
