The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing a stroke through bacteria metagenome analysis and, more specifically, to a method for diagnosing a stroke by performing bacteria metagenome analysis with a sample derived from a subject to analyze content fluctuations of extracellular vesicles derived from a specific bacterium.
