The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing a stroke through bacteria metagenome analysis and, more specifically, to a method for diagnosing a stroke by performing bacteria metagenome analysis with a sample derived from a subject to analyze content fluctuations of extracellular vesicles derived from a specific bacterium. The extracellular vesicles secreted from bacteria existing in the environment are absorbed into a human body to exert a direct influence on inflammatory generation. Early diagnosis of the stroke is difficult before symptoms appear such that efficient treatment is difficult. The present invention estimates risk degree with respect to onset of the stroke through the metagenome analysis of the extracellular vesicles derived from a bacterium using the sample derived from a human, thereby early diagnosing and estimating a danger group of the stroke to delay or prevent onset of the disease through proper care. Even after the onset of the disease, early diagnosis is possible to lower onset rate of the stroke and enhance treatment effect.
