The present invention relates to a semiconductor quantum dot complex capable of adjusting luminesce and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a semiconductor quantum dot complex capable of adjusting luminesce by photoinduced electron transfer and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention provides a quantum dot complex which is coupled with a photoinduced electron acceptor which can be separated from a semiconductor quantum dot. The present invention is capable of selectively controlling a light emission signal of a second near infrared wavelength emission quantum dot in 1-1.7 μm wavelength region in which light emission signal control has not been reported in the conventional method.
