According to the present invention, when heat treatment is performed through a laser on high velocity oxygen fuel sprayed coating layer, low melting metal of the sprayed coating layer is re-melted to reduce porosity and a thickness of the coating layer to have an effect on wear resistance of the sprayed coating layer. The low melting metal of the sprayed coating layer passes through a re-melted coagulation process by a high temperature of laser heat treatment to fill a pore and improve hardness of the coating layer for wear resistant properties to be improved. According to the present invention, when a laser heat treatment method is applied to high velocity oxygen fuel sprayed coating for improving durability, durability of a metal component can be extended.
