The present invention relates to a moving assembly type OLTC lifting device. According to the present invention, the moving assembly type OLTC lifting device comprises: a winch unit connected to a predetermined part of an OLTC in lifting work and lifting up the OLTC in a transformer or lifting down the OLTC from the outside to the inside; a detachable roller device unit horizontally moving by minimizing friction and moving the winch unit to a predetermined position by being connected to the winch unit in the lifting work; a guiderail unit enabling the roller device unit to move in a predetermined section without deviating, wherein the roller device unit is attached to and is detached from the guiderail unit; and a support unit comprising a first support installed on the bottom in a building or on the ground, and a second support installed in the upper part of the transformer. According to the present invention, the moving assembly type OLTC lifting device can be used regardless of the interior and the exterior of the building and can easily lift the whole OLTC or a switching in the OLTC in the transformer by being easily assembled and disassembled.
