The present invention relates to an eco-friendly slope protection device for a bent portion of river that is capable of being installed using wire ropes and along bent surfaces of a river slope. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly slope protection device for a bent portion of river includes: a steel wire loop (30) having fastening portions (31) and slope support portions (32) traversing both ends of the fastening portions (31); rope support plates (40) for supporting vertical wire ropes (20); outer walls (42) bent upward from the edges of the rope support plates (40); inner walls (43) partially incised on the rope support plates (40) in such a manner as to be bent upward from the edges of the rope support plates (40); weld nuts (44) installed on the rope support plates (40); rope clamps (50) adapted to pressurize the vertical wire ropes (20) and having fastening holes (51) corresponding to centers of through holes (45); pressing pieces (52) bent downward from the edges of the rope clamps (50); hollow bolts (60) coupled to the weld nuts (44) through the fastening holes (51) and the through holes (45) and having hollow holes (61) formed to pass through the centers thereof; a vegetation frame (70) fitted between the slope support portions (32) and between the inner walls (43) in such a manner as to be supported against the rope clamps (50) and the steel wire loop (30); fixing pieces (71) having nail holes (72) corresponding to the centers of the hollow holes (61); and anchor nails (22) driven on a river slope (21) through the nail holes (72) and the hollow holes (61).
