The present invention relates to a Paecilomyces marquandii 364 strain (KACC93282P) having an antifungal activity against the pathogen of Nosema disease; a composition for controlling Nosema disease comprising the Paecilomyces marquandii 364 strain, a culture medium thereof or an extract of the culture medium as an active ingredient; a manufacturing method of the composition; and a method for preventing or treating Nosema disease, comprising a step of treating an effective amount of the Paecilomyces marquandii 364 strain, the culture medium thereof or the extract of the culture medium to normal bees or bees with suspected Nosema disease.
