The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an environmentally friendly solid fertilizer and liquid fertilizer for effectively fertilizing a crop. More particularly, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing an environmentally friendly solid fertilizer and liquid fertilizer, which can manufacture the same by mixing organic raw materials. The present invention can provide the solid or liquid fertilizer through a step of mixing a complex organic material, aging in a composting chamber and then packing the same. The method for manufacturing the environmentally friendly solid fertilizer and liquid fertilizer for an organic farming compost maximizes an effect of fermentation while using only organic materials.
