Efficient Mobile Sink Location Management Device Using Multi-Ring in Solar-Powered Wireless Sensor Networks Management Method and Recording Medium thereof

The present invention relates to a device and a method to manage a mobile sink position by using a multi-ring in a solar energy-based wireless sensor network, and a recording medium therefor. The method includes: a step of calculating an energy threshold value periodically at each node, and then, comparing the value to a current energy amount in order to determine whether the current energy amount is sufficient for the basic operation of the node; a step of selecting only nodes, of which residual energy amount is no less than a threshold value, to build a new ring in an exploration area; a step of expanding and building the ring by selecting a new ring node instead of a ring node, of which the residual energy amount is less than the threshold value, when the ring node of which the residual energy amount is less than the threshold value is generated among ring nodes of the built ring; a step of obtaining position information of an anchor node from the ring nodes constituting the built ring; and a step of delivering data to a mobile sink by performing a position-based routing technique based on the position information of the anchor node obtained by a source node.
