The overlapped fabric for removing static electricity is manufactured by sequentially performing: an adhesive coating step (S1) of forming an adhesive coating paper (15) maintaining an adhesive layer (13) by coating, with a poly adhesive, a surface of a coating layer (12) of a coating release paper (14) formed by coating one surface of a release sheet (18) with a polyurethane coating agent; a fabric adhesive process (S2) of forming a release fabric sheet (16) by adhering a spandex fabric (11) to a surface of the adhesive layer (13) of the adhesive coating paper (15) formed through the adhesive coating process (S1); a fabric sheet aging process (S3) of forming and aging a coating fabric sheet (17) from which a release paper is removed in a state where the adhesive layer (13) of the release fabric sheet (16) formed through the fabric adhesive process (S2) is dried; and a fabric laminating process (S4) of overlapping an air-permeable fabric (20) with a surface of the spandex fabric (11) of the coating fabric sheet (17) formed through the fabric sheet aging process (S3) to maintain the same.
