The technical result of the invention is a reduction in the rate of wear on melangeur grinding disks, which is achieved by virtue of a method for producing a melangeur grinding disk in which a cylindrical stone element is used which has grooves carved into its cylindrical surface, characterized in that depending on the depth of the grooves, the edges formed by the meeting of the end walls of the disk and the end walls of the grooves are cut away from the cylindrical surface of the disk to form conical faces having a plane situated at an angle of from 15 to 60 degrees and extending to a depth of from 0.5 to 10 mm, or rounded faces with a radius of curvature of from 0.5 to 20 mm.
