PC PRECAST CONCRETE BEAM USING REMOVABLE CONCRETE MOLD AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR

The present invention relates to a PC beam manufactured using a removable mold, wherein a removable mold for the PC beam is installed first on an upper part of a column structure, concrete is poured to construct the bottom plate and the PC beam by installing a deck plate placed on the removable mold, and the PC beam is constructed by a removing method of the removable mold directly from an upper part of the column structure; and a construction method thereof. The PC beam comprises a spacer, a truss assembly, a lower tensile steel bar, and an upper horizontal strip, and deformation of the removable mold on the column structure is completed by exposing the PC beam when concrete poured into the form mold is cured and completed such that the stirrup bolt is buried.
