The present invention relates to an apparatus for cultivating straight root crops. The apparatus for cultivating the straight root crops according to the present invention comprises: a frame body installed around culture soil for cultivating the straight root crops and formed in a square shape so that a cultivation container can be arranged in an inner space; a plurality of partition members spaced longitudinally and laterally from the frame body so as to divide the inner space of the frame body into a lattice shape; and a plurality of cultivation containers disposed in each receiving space formed by being divided by the partitioning members and formed in a tubular shape to place the culture soil for cultivation of the straight root crops therein. The present invention is to provide the apparatus for cultivating the straight root crops, which can improve cultivation and harvest efficiency, and the cultivation method using the same.
