According to the present invention, an LED tunnel lamp with convenient installation and maintenance comprises: a control box having a power supply device and a driving driver mounted therein, wherein the power supply device supplies power to an LED module and the driving driver receives power from the power supply device to drive the LED module; an LED module case which is in a three-dimensional shape having a front side and a rear side opened and is fixed to the left and right side surfaces of the control box; left and right case covers which are mounted on the left and right side surfaces of the control box and closes the opened rear surface of the LED module case; an LED module set external fixing frame which is mounted inside the LED module case; left and right axis rotation means which axially rotate the LED module set external fixing frame in a left direction or a right direction in a state of fixing the same inside the LED module case; two or more unit LED module internal fixing frames which are fixed on the outer circumferential surface of the LED module and are installed inside the LED module set external fixing frame together with the LED module; and a vertical shaft rotation means which axially rotates the unit LED module internal fixing frame in a vertical direction while fixing the same inside the LED module set external fixing frame. After the control box is fixed to an inner wall of a tunnel, the LED module set external fixing frame is axially rotated in the left and right directions, or the unit LED module internal fixing frame is axially rotated in the vertical direction. Accordingly, the irradiation angle of light generated from the LED module is adjusted.
