The present invention relates to a structure of an earth retaining panel mounted in a building site or a civil engineering site. The structure of an earth retaining panel includes: H-shaped foundation piles vertically mounted on the ground at predetermined intervals; and earth retaining panels stacked up in multiple layers to a predetermined height in such a way that both end portions are inserted into opposite C-shaped grooves of the foundation piles. The earth retaining panel includes an earth retaining panel body and a support part. The support part is arranged in a space between the rear surface of the end portion and an inner face of a rear flange of the foundation pile. In this instance, an uplifted part is formed on the inner face of the rear flange to be compressed elastically so that the body gets in contact with the inner face of the front flange. Preferably, the body and the support part are molded integrally with each other using a plastic material. The structure of an earth retaining panel according to the present invention can rapidly and flexibly cope with an error if there is the error between the earth retaining panel and the foundation pile and does not need additional fixing means.
