The present invention relates to a crack-reducing type rapid hardening cement concrete composition comprising: 5-45 wt% of a rapid hardening mixture; 10-70 wt% of fine aggregate; 10-70 wt% of coarse aggregate; 3-30 wt% of a modifying agent; and 2-30 wt% of water. The present invention relates to a crack-reducing type rapid hardening cement concrete composition with excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, and a road pavement maintenance method using the same. The rapid hardening mixture includes: 5-85 wt% of fine granular Portland cement; 10-60 wt% of magnesium sulfoaluminate; 1-35 wt% of amorphous tricalcium aluminate; 1-30 wt% of a whisker; 1-25 wt% of gypsum; 1-25 wt% of mullite; 0.5-10 wt% of magnesium fluoride; and 0.5-10 wt% of a lithium-sodium silicate mixture based on 100 wt% of the total of the rapid hardening mixture. The present invention can prevent cracking and expansion failure phenomena due to shrinkage, and can greatly improve strength and durability. The present invention is provided to improve corrosion resistance (rust protection) by applying alkalinity to the inside of carbonated concrete, thereby extending a durability life of a road pavement and reducing maintenance costs of the road pavement. The present invention can satisfy various properties such as water tightness, adhesion, durability, and cracking resistance which are required for a concrete road pavement.
