The present invention provides a soundproof tunnel with reduced discharge noise using a frequency convergence and a reverse phase frequency, wherein the soundproof tunnel is capable of performing a smoke controlling function when a fire occurs inside a soundproof tunnel by enabling natural ventilation, can eliminate causes of civil complaints by removing a noise leakage and collecting dust, and can be installed at cheap costs. According to an appropriate embodiment of the present invention, the soundproof tunnel comprises: a soundproof tunnel framework (12) installed along a predetermined section of a lane; a horizontal ventilation duct (14); a vertical ventilation port (16); a noise interference unit (18); and a noise reduction unit (20).
