The measuring device (310) includes a metering target that reflects the emitted laser (320) for accurate position metering and the metering target includes a connecting member (100) configured to be adjustable in angle; and a reflecting member (200) including a needle portion having a sharp end and coupled to the connecting member (100) to indicate a measuring target, a frame (220) coupled to the other end of the needle portion, and a reflecting plate (230) provided on the front surface of the frame (220) and indicating a metering reference point.
