The present invention proposes a method for supporting health insurance review which can take into consideration the state of a patient. The method can comprise steps of: extracting disease information and prescription information from a medical chart of the patient; identifying review criteria corresponding to the extracted disease information; identifying violation details which are prescriptions that do not comply with the identified review criteria among prescriptions included in the extracted prescription information; determining whether the violation details are included in a rare disease group predetermined for the disease information; and if the violation details are included in the rare disease group, confirming whether or not to add suspected disease corresponding to the rare disease group to the disease information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
