A disclosed vocalization assisting device for a tracheostomy tube comprises: a tube-shaped body connected to one end of an external inlet side of a tracheostomy tube for connecting an organ cavity with the external inlet; a first communicating plate formed in the body, covering the one end of the external inlet side, and having a first communicating hole communicated with the tracheostomy tube; a second communicating plate formed in the body while being disposed opposite to the one end of the external inlet side with respect to the first communicating plate, and having a second communicating hole for communicating the inside of the body with the external inlet; a tube for a valve formed in the body in a tubular shape, coupled to the first and second communicating plates by sequentially passing through the first and second plates, and having a third communicating hole communicated with a valve space defined by the first and second plates, and a cover selectively opening and closing the one end exposed to the external inlet; and an opening and closing plate disposed in the valve space in parallel with the first and second communicating plates, having a coupling hole, into which the tube for a valve is inserted, on a central part thereof, and selectively opening and closing the first and second communicating holes according to the direction of the air moved by breathing. According to the present invention, oxygen is supplied through a connection tube for an oxygen supply pipe while the tracheostomy tube is connected to the body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
