The present invention includes: a braille pad comprising six insertion holes corresponding to six dots for braille and arranged as basic input areas on the upper surface of a pad case and a braille pin pad part located at a lower part of the insertion holes in a sub board installed inside the pad case, and outputting a sensing signal for each of the insertion holes when the braille pin pad part comes in contact with a conductor inserted into the insertion holes; a plurality of braille pins selectively inserted into each of the insertion holes to input braille, and having a lower part made of a conductive material corresponding to the conductor, thereby being sensed by the braille pin pad part; and a braille controller enabling a microcomputer to make voiced questions through a speaker, and receiving the signal from the sub board of the braille pad to determine whether a correct answer is inputted or not by determining the braille, which is expressed as the braille pin is inserted into the insertion holes, thereby outputting the input of a correct answer or a marking result to control the performance of learning for blind people. According to the present invention, since questions made in voice and answers thereto are inputted in braille, the present invention is capable of enabling learning achievements or marking to be evaluated, thereby increasing the efficiency of various learning ways as well as braille learning, making braille input quick, convenient and consecutive, and accurately determining braille input information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
