The present invention relates to a system to support the management and preservation of a rice processing complex based on the Internet of Things (IoT), capable of maintaining performance continuously by systemizing and specializing the preservation of a rice processing complex, reducing costs for maintenance by extending the lifespan and lowering malfunctioning rates, increasing yields and rice quality by establishing drying and processing management standards, which are able to affect the quality of rice, and enhancing the competitiveness of local agricultural products by increasing agricultural productivity and commercializing rice as high-value products. The system includes: a plurality of rice processing complexes (1-n) spread in various regions; an RPC management system (20) managing the rice processing complexes (1-n); a wired and wireless communication network (30) connecting the rice processing complexes (1-n) with the RPC management system (20); at least one sensor installed in facilities of the rice processing complexes (1-n); a plurality of IoT modules collecting data from the sensors; a data collection and management server (16) collecting, processing, and managing the data inputted from the IoT modules; and a DB server (17) storing the collected and processed data.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
