It was confirmed that the Bacillus subtilis SRCM102754 strain of the present invention has antimicrobial activities against harmful microorganisms, antioxidant activities, the ability to secret the extracellular enzymes and produce phenol, and does not produce harmful substances and harmful enzymes.
