Provided are a server to provide a marina management service based on blockchain and ICT and a system thereof. The present invention includes: an automatic power trade part receiving a power trade request from a shipowner terminal forming a blockchain node, obtaining approval from the shipowner terminal in regard to a contract for selling power in response to the received power trade request, receiving feedback from the shipowner terminal about whether the power is supplied to a ship of the shipowner terminal after supplying the power, completing payment after receiving money from the shipowner terminal, and storing a power trade record in a distributed account of blockchain; a sailing information management part mapping a history log of sailing information of at least one ship with identification symbols of the ship and a captain thereof to distribute and store the mapped information in each blockchain node; a ship information management part storing information of at least one ship in each blockchain node so that the information is able to be distributed and shared; and a united currency management part processing a payment request based on a currency used by a payment requester, the currency of a nation with marina ports, and currency rates between each of the currencies and a united currency when there is a payment request from the shipowner terminal and a passenger terminal of the ship.
