Provided is a server for providing a marina operation management service on the basis of a blockchain and ICT, the server comprising: an automatic power trade unit which receives a power trade request from a ship owner terminal constituting a node of a blockchain, attains the agreement of the ship owner terminal to a contract for the sale of power to handle the received power trade request, supplies power to a ship of the ship owner terminal and then receives, from the ship owner terminal, feedback on whether power is supplied to the ship, finishes settling the transaction thereof after receiving payment from the ship owner terminal, and stores the history of the power trade in a distributed ledger of the blockchain; a maritime navigation information management unit which distributedly stores, in each node of the blockchain, a history log of navigation information of at least one ship after mapping the log onto identification codes of the at least one ship and a captain operating the at least one ship; a ship information management unit which distributedly stores information about at least one ship in each of nodes of the blockchain such that the stored information is shared by the nodes; and an integrated currency management unit which, when there is a payment request received from at least one ship owner terminal or a passenger terminal of a passenger aboard, processes the payment request on the basis of a currency type that the payment requester uses, the currency of a country in which a marina harbor is located, the exchange rates between an integrated currency and each of the currencies, and current market prices.
