The present invention provides a system for analyzing an influence of water pollutant emission and a method for the same. According to the present invention, the method for the same includes: a step of calculating a total pollution rate (PEC) and an additional pollution rate (PC) by using an existing pollution level (BC) of a water pollutant, a river flow rate (Lt), a discharge concentration (EC), and a discharge flow rate (Le); a step of setting a maximum discharge standard at the discharge concentration (EC) for passing a test by testing whether the additional pollution rate (PC) satisfies a first environment standard; a step of additionally testing whether the total pollution rate (PEC) satisfies a third environment standard and whether the additional pollution rate (PC) satisfies a second environment standard in a case that a maximum discharge standard has not been set; and a step of setting the maximum discharge standard at a value of the discharge concentration (EC) when passing the additional test. According to the present invention, the system for analyzing the influence of water pollutant emissions can easily and rationally manage the environment since an environment administrator can set a customized water pollutant discharge standard for each business.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
