The present invention relates to an IP-based wireless relay system using a leaky coaxial cable and a line amplifier, capable of improving the signal-to-noise ratio of a wireless signal received from external IP-based equipment through an AP amplifier; transmitting the wireless signal to a leaky coaxial cable functioning as a wireless transceiving antenna by making a change to a channel not causing signal interference in an adjacent device; and minimizing the signal-to-noise ratio and enabling signals to be wirelessly transmitted and received between adjacent devices without signal interference by transmitting the wireless signal to a terminal and an adjacent line amplifier through the leaky coaxial cable. To achieve the purpose, the IP-based wireless relay system includes: an access point (AP) amplifier improving the signal-to-ratio of a signal wirelessly transmitted from a terminal or outdoor IP-based communication equipment and making a change to a channel which does not cause interference in the outside, and preventing interference between transmission and reception signals by performing transmission and reception at different timings; a leaky coaxial cable buried in an underground space, connected to the AP amplifier to receive the signal with the chanced channel from the AP amplifier, and functioning as an antenna for bidirectional communication with the terminal; and a plurality of line amplifiers placed on the leaky coaxial cable at a predetermined distance and amplifying the signal attenuated by the terminal and leaky coaxial cable at the front end to deliver the signal to the leaky coaxial cable at the rear end.
