The present invention relates to a method for adjusting an engine load and flux according to a diesel engine performance analysis, and more specifically, relates to the method for adjusting the engine load and flux according to the diesel engine performance analysis which is for simply and accurately managing driving performance of a diesel engine for a ship by using a computer system.
