The present invention relates to a method for preparing cooked rice with abalone and Hizikia fusiformis, which comprises: a step (A) of washing dried Hizikia fusiformis, immersing the washed Hizikia fusiformis in water to boil the same for five minutes, and soaking the Hizikia fusiformis in the boiled water for 12 hours or longer; a step (B) of preparing soaked rice by washing rice with clean water for three times or more and soaking the rice in water for 20-40 minutes; a step (C) of preparing an abalone after removing a mouth and internal organs of the abalone and washing an edible portion thereof; a rice cooking preparing step (D) of applying sesame oil to the bottom of a pressure cooker, placing the prepared Hizikia fusiformis, soaked rice, Flammulina velutipes, and abalone in order on the pressure cooker, and pouring rice cooking water 1.2-1.5 times of the weight of the rice; a step (E) of cooking rice by sealing the pressure cooker and heating the same over high heat for three to ten minutes and then over low heat for three to ten minutes; and a step (F) of finishing making the cooked rice with abalone and Hizikia fusiformis by stopping the heating after cooking the rice and letting the rice stand for three to five minutes.
